Doc. Ing. Tomáš Klečka, CSc. (* 15. 5. 1951 – + 5. 3. 2025) zastával v letech 1996 až 2010 pozici ředitele Kloknerova ústavu ČVUT v Praze, kde působil celý svůj profesní život.
